AI Transparency & Disclosure

If artificial intelligence has materially shaped what you are learning, how it is delivered, how you are assessed or how you are supported, you should not have to guess. This policy governs when and how we say so.

What it covers

• Training activities where AI materially contributes to learner-facing content, live delivery, assessment, feedback, learner support or administrative features.
• AI-assisted course development, including drafting, research synthesis, language refinement and visual support where the contribution is material to the final material.
• Our training platform, where its optional AI layer, participant assistant or AI-supported debrief is enabled.

What we commit to

• Material AI use is disclosed in clear, plain language before or at the start of the learning experience.
• Course outlines, handouts or opening slides carry a "Use of AI in this Program" statement whenever AI has materially contributed.
• Where your organization has its own approved-tool or acceptable-use rules, we make clear that our course content is educational and does not override them.
• Where an AI assistant is switched on, you are told what it is for, what its limits are, what the trainer can see, and that a human trainer remains available.
• AI-assisted content is never presented as independently verified simply because an AI system produced or refined it. We describe verification status accurately.
• Optional AI processing of anything you submit is disclosed at the point of collection, and where consent applies it requires a positive action from you first.
• Every material AI use is recorded internally with its purpose, risk level, the data involved, the human oversight applied and where it is disclosed.

What this means for you

You should be able to point at any part of a program and get a straight answer about whether AI was involved and what that means for how far you should rely on it. If a disclosure is missing or unclear, that is a complaint we will act on.
